Every 100,000 Miles

(Includes all applicable services above, plus:)

• Spark Plug Replacement (Naturally Aspirated engines only)
• Timing Chain and Oil Pump Drive Chain Replacement (N20 Engines)

Every 2 Years (Time-Based)

• Brake Fluid Flush (regardless of mileage)
• A/C System Service – R1234YF Systems (remove moisture, verify refrigerant charge)

 

Every 4 Years (Time-Based)

• A/C System Service – R134a Systems (remove moisture, verify refrigerant charge)

As Needed

• Wheel Alignment
  • When installing new tires
  • After any suspension repair involving disconnection of suspension arms
  • After engine repairs requiring front subframe lowering or removal
• Coolant Replacement (based on pH and freeze protection test results)
• Accessory Drive Belt Replacement (based on inspection findings)
• Coolant Hose Replacement (based on inspection findings)

2. Air Filters: The 15,000-mile interval accounts for high particulate matter and pollen counts. Monitor seasonal conditions and replace earlier if necessary.
3. Vehicle Check Service: Follow the counter display in your iDrive system, which typically triggers around 30,000-mile intervals.
4. xDrive Models: Transfer case fluid service applies only to all-wheel-drive equipped vehicles.
5. Inspections vs. Replacements: Regular inspections help catch wear items before they fail. Replace components as needed based on inspection findings.
6. Alignment: Proper alignment protects your tire investment and ensures even wear. Always align after tire replacement or suspension work.
