When temperatures drop, your tires lose pressure – about 1 PSI for every 10°F. Tht’s why your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light might flicker on during cold mornings.
Low pressure doesn’t just affect fuel economy – it reduces traction and increases braking distance on wet or icy roads. During every visit, we check tread depth, balance, and PSI to factory specs to ensure your vehicle preforms safely and efficiently.
And if you drive an all-wheel or four-wheel-drive model, keeping all four tires evenly worn and inflated is crucial. Uneven tires can cause drivetrain stress and costly repairs down the road.
